HR Analytics training

A blended learning journey that builds real confidence with metrics, analysis, visualisation and storytelling, practised on your own data and your own questions.

The need

When analytics does not create ROI, the analytics is rarely the reason.

You have invested: the dashboards exist, the models run, and the return still does not show. In most HR functions the gap is not the analytical bit. It is activation: the consumers of the insight, the HR teams and leaders meant to read it, question it and act on it, never built the confidence to do so.

Useful when dashboards exist but adoption is weak, HR avoids the numbers or insight is not changing stakeholder decisions. Train the consumers, and the investment you have already made starts to pay back.

How we train

A journey, not a course.

Blended learning: short live stops with self-learning on the road between them, ending in real application. Delivered from distance by design.

Kickoff

Start where it hurts

Insights from your maturity survey and the team's real frictions set what the journey has to answer.

On the road · self-learning

Bring the business question that actually matters to you.

Stop 1

From business problem to people question

Linking business strategy and real business problems to HR analytics, so the team works on what the business needs answered rather than what the system happens to report.

On the road · self-learning

Frame your own question, on your own data.

Stop 2

Reading the analytics

What the numbers say, what they do not, and the judgement in between: patterns, drivers, benchmarks, and the difference between a correlation and a cause.

On the road · self-learning

Read your own data with the new lens.

Stop 3

Storytelling with data

Turning evidence into something stakeholders act on: the visual, the narrative and the ask.

On the road · self-learning

Draft the story your own data tells.

Destinationshaped with you

Where it lands

The journey ends in application, not a certificate. We agree the landing point with you at scoping, so the learning arrives on real work your stakeholders see.

The three stops mirror the way inHR works: set the direction, build the intelligence, activate it. GenAI runs through the journey rather than sitting in a box of its own, so the team learns where it genuinely speeds the work up and where it misleads. Spread over weeks, not crammed into a day, with optional embedded coaching afterwards. The detail is shaped with you when we scope the journey.
